A series of etchings representing the sculptures for Brightwells Yard, Farnham.
Brightwells Yard Stone Sculpture
These were produced for a solo show at The New Ashgate Gallery to celebrate the culmination of the public art project.
“The figurative etchings are made from drawings and photographs of the sculptures when they were in varying states of production at the quarry. The abstract etchings are made using the same tools that were used to carve the sculptures, using a mallet and chisel directly onto copper plate in the same way as onto stone.”
Available through The New Ashgate Gallery
