The Regiment of Trees is a sculpture installation commissioned by the Woodland Trust for the First World War Centennial Wood for England, Langley Vale Wood, Surrey.

These images show the production process from the initial design, selection of blocks of stone, cutting and roughing out, to detailed carving and finishing, installation and unveiling.
